How we handle your data and keep your dashboard and widget secure.
Data we store
We store your account and tenant data, chatbot configuration, conversation and lead records, and knowledge-base content (e.g. ingested URLs and chunks) so the product can operate. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where data lives
Application and database infrastructure run in secure cloud regions (e.g. US). Backups and logs are retained in line with our operations and retention policy.
Encryption and access
Data in transit is encrypted (TLS). Data at rest is encrypted. Access to production systems and databases is restricted and logged. We use industry-standard practices for secrets and credentials.
Retention and deletion
We retain conversation and lead data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your data; we will remove or anonymize it in line with our privacy policy and applicable law.
Export and delete your data
You can export or delete your data from the dashboard (Settings and account flows). For full account deletion or specific requests, contact us — we will process requests in line with our privacy policy.

Widget and dashboard security
The chat widget is loaded over HTTPS and can be restricted to your domains. The dashboard is protected by authentication and session handling. We use security headers and follow best practices to reduce common web risks.
Incidents and updates
If we become aware of a security incident that affects your data, we will notify you and take steps to remediate in line with our policies and applicable law.
