Getting Started with BizPilot
From signup to your first lead in about 10 minutes. No coding required.
Sign up
Create your BizPilot account. No credit card required. Pick your industry (auto repair, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) so the AI is pre-configured for your business.
You'll land in your dashboard with a 14-day free trial.
Get your embed snippet
In the dashboard, go to Install. Copy the widget snippet — it includes your unique Site Key and API URL.
The snippet is a single <script> tag you'll paste into your website.
Add the snippet to your website
Paste the snippet before the closing </body> tag. We have step-by-step guides for WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, and custom HTML.
See the Install page in your dashboard for platform-specific instructions.
Verify your email & go live
Verify your email, then click Go live on the Install page. Until then, the widget shows an offline message but still captures leads.
When live, visitors see the full AI assistant and can chat 24/7.
Get your first lead
Visit your website, open the chat widget, and send a test message. The AI will qualify the lead and capture contact details. Check your Leads tab in the dashboard.
Set up Lead notification email in Settings to get alerts for every new lead.
