5. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.Refunds are only available within the 7-day window or in specific circumstances outlined above.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing issues, as we are typically able to resolve concerns more quickly than the chargeback process.
